Medard Reservoir Rehabilitation Project for Southwest
Project includes installing drainage layer and articulated block mats on Medard Dam Embankment.
National Park Service Dry Tortugas Project.
Project consists of installing 48 buoys at Dry Tortugas National Park. Buoys are being used to set up an exclusion area for shark mating. Permanent Mooring Buoys are being installed to protect reef from anchor damage due to passing vessels.
United States Army Corps of Engineers
Project includes installing acoustic sensor transmitter and receivers for Canaveral Lock Sector Gates. Systems are used to protect manatees from getting trapped in the lock. UESI will be performing turn-key services for USACE including dewatering of the lock chambers.
Biscayne Bay Culvert Replacement for South Florida Water Management District
Project consists of installing 8 headwalls with manatee screens and flap gates and 200 linear feet of 36" aluminum corrugated metal pipe in Biscayne Bay Coastal Wetlands Culverts.
